  • RESERVATIONS:   To benefit residents, 860 Place amenities may be reserved for such things as birthdays, family reunions or other private events –
    • Clubhouse, Fitness, Pool-patio, Sport Court, Water feature, Firepit, and 860 Place Parks
    • Tenants may also reserve Community Garden Planters Boxes for the summer use. Contact 860 Place Property Managers for fees, policies and availability
  • USE:   Amenities are for residents only with a max of 2 guests per residence at the pool w/tenant present. Or residents may reserve the amenity(s) for use with multiple guests.
  • AMENITY HOURS:   Please respect others by keeping these hours & 'quiet times'

    • Water Feature   10am-8pm
